The quality of this product has never been in doubt.The hooks are sturdy, easy to install on the cable and simple to adjust.The kicker is the superlative service. I received extraordinary support in the form of fast shipping to meet a short fused requirement. I'll be eternally grateful!

I had an existing railing system that I was looking to find a match to make work in my gallery. I had made some purchases and also tried some DYI projects to try and get it to work the way I wanted. Finally I had received some product to test from STAS, One component worked well, yet the other did not. I decided to call and see if they had anything thing that would. Elizabeth helped me navigate the website and find something that would fit my needs. They took back what I didn't need without question and replaced damaged or lost product from my second order in a hurry. I will be in contact with them again for any of my needs of the gallery.

The "Zipper" is exactly what our gallery needed. Easy to adjust for height and quality construction. Should last for years to come. Very pleased.

They are well made,easy to use,strong, and functional The cobra with perlon cord, hooks easily into the minirail and they are unobtrusive.
The zipper hooks are quick and easy to use.
I would recommend this product without hesitation.

We purchased the zipper hooks originally to hold a 30-lb piece of art. Installation was a breeze. The zipper hooks are ridiculously easy to put on the cord, and hanging our 30-lb piece of art was a breeze. Minor adjustments took seconds since the hooks are so easy to adjust. We liked them so much we're getting them for all our artwork to give us maximum flexibility and the ability to change our minds as often as we'd like.
